The Rutgers Future Scholars, supporting a legacy of access and excellence at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey

 

 

The goal of the Rutgers Future Scholars program is to increase the numbers of academically ambitious high school graduates who come from less-advantaged communities, inspire and prepare them meet the standards to be admitted to colleges and universities, and then provide tuition funding to those who are admitted and choose to attend Rutgers University. In short the Rutgers Future Scholars program offers Hope, Opportunity, and Tuition Scholarship

 

 

 

Applications for the Class of 2023, current 7th grade students, are open.  Admission status notifications of are typically sent to applicants on or about April 1st.  Applicants are selected in collaboration with local leaders within our partner school districts of Newark, New Brunswick, Piscataway, and Camden.   Learn how to apply here
